About me!
Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Dill and I am pursing a degree in education with a minor in special education. I was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and lived there for 6 years before my mother and I moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2006 and we have lived there ever since. I have grew up dancing. I was put in my first dance class at the age of 4 and grew to love it. I was a competitive dancer for 11 years of my life and then decided to do drill team in high school and fell in love with it. I am now a dancer at Texas State, as a Texas State Strutter. This is my third year on the team and I am more in love with it then ever. On the team I am also on the pom squad which is a team inside of strutters that does the more D1 style dance for the athletic games.
I am very family oriented and my mother is my best friend. I love the Dallas cowboys as well as any sport here at Texas State. I can not wait to see where the future holds me and I am so excited to continue my education with this class.

Hi Taylor! I read that you're a dancer here at TXST! I admire you for wanting to minor in SPED not everyone is willing to take that on and its so cool that you are willing to dive into that side of education. I guess we kind of relate on the dancing side of things, I started when I was probably 3 and ended up changing to cheer in high school. I wish I continued through college but I lost my passion to be a cheerleader when I had a coach that made it seem like a job rather than something I loved. I look forward to reading more of your blogs as the semester continues!
ReplyDeleteI admire that you want to teach SPED too. I did for a little while and it’s definitely for genuine and passionate teachers !
